CLR currently offers coaching and personal development services for working women who want to achieve more.

 

Life coaching could focus on any area, such as self-esteem/confidence, assertiveness, decision-making, overcoming procrastination or any area where the client would like better results.

 

Personal development is delivered in the form of our various information products and events. Details of these to be posted.

 

We empower our clients by assisting them to achieve fulfillment in all the areas of their lives, businesses and callings.

Coaching may be over the telephone/Skype or in-person. We currently offer the following coaching packages:

 

 

 

                                 Coaching packages

 

 

1a. One-off  Laser Coaching Session via telephone/Skype     

§ One 30 minute initial exploratory telephone/Skype session (free)

§ One 60 minute (1 hour) telephone session

§ One  Support/follow-up email

§ Investment: £75 (Great British Pounds)

 

This option is best for clients who know what they want and simply need to bounce ideas off a coach

 1b. One-off Laser Coaching Session in-person

§ One 30 minute initial exploratory telephone/Skype session (free)

§ One 60 minute (1 hour) in-person session

§ One Support/follow up email

§ Investment: £150 (Great British Pounds)

 

 

2.    Basic Package 1 - telephone coaching

•  One 30 minute initial exploratory session (free)
•  Two x 60 minute (2 x 1 hour) telephone coaching sessions a month (fortnightly)
•  Email support and assignments between sessions
•  Personal development resources included
•  Investment: £170/month (Great British Pounds)

 

For longer term support with on-going goals clients may opt for the basic package consisting of fortnightly sessions. Clients may pay for coaching on a monthly basis or purchase coaching in bulk (several months at a time). A 3-month program attracts a 10% discount.

 

 

3.      Premium Package - in-person coaching

§ One 30 minute initial exploratory session (free)·        

§ Two x 60 minute sessions a month (i.e. 2 x 1 hour sessions)

§ Email support and assignments between sessions

§ Personal development resources included

§ Telephone access to coach (details to be communicated)

§ Investment: £350/month  (Great British Pounds)

 

This option is for clients who prefer in-person sessions. As with the basic package, sessions are fortnightly and a 3-month package attracts a 10% discount.

 

 

 

                                       Other details

 

 

** Personal development resources - These include access to e-courses, audio-resources, downloads, NLP exercises, worksheets and more.

 

 

You may wish to try the one-off laser coaching option (1a) if you are unsure of the option to take.

 

 

However, for best results it is recommended that client and coach work together for a minimum of 6 sessions. By the third session you will be able to determine whether or not you are achieving the results you desire.

 

 

If by this time you feel that you require further coaching you may book a further month of coaching, or simply continue till you are ready to stop. You may also choose to terminate the coaching relationship.

You may contact the coach regarding assignments or matters related to coaching depending on your coaching package.

  

 

You will have assignments to work on between sessions. The nature of these will be agreed on, at the onset of the coaching program. These assignments are crucial to your success as the most important aspect of coaching is what you do between sessions. This is when you take action, and the assignments are geared towards inspiring this action.

 

 

Please note that it is important to have your free consultation before coaching fees are paid. It is for this reason that payments are not being taken at this website.

The consultation allows both yourself and the coach to determine whether or not you are a good fit for each other. We are professionals with integrity.

 

 

Payment methods:

 

• Bank Cheque (Must clear at least 48 hours before coaching is due to commence)                              
• PayPal (You do not need a PayPal account for this. Email link to be sent)                              
• Direct bank deposit (In some cases. Details to be forwarded)

 

Please note that all payments must be made/cheques cleared at least 48 hours before coaching is due to commence.
